I grew up in Dallas and met my husband in high school. We have been together through thick and thin for over two decades, which is just mind-blowing to me!

Kiddos
We have two lovely, energetic, amazing kids. Our son is 8 and plays hockey, while our daughter is 4 and wants to follow in his footsteps. And also dance, and probably some theater.

I started my business 6 years ago, and slowly transitioned to photographing maternity and newborns. I love that it is such a special time to capture, full of excitement and promise!

I grew up in Dallas, and now live in Flower Mound. The only other time I’ve lived outside of North Texas was for a year and a half of boarding school in New Mexico. It was quite an experience, but I’m glad this is my home!
Hey there! My name is Melinda, and I am a maternity and newborn photographer based in Flower Mound, TX. I capture your pregnancy and newborn moments, as well as offer family sessions so you can continue to have updated images each year.
My clients often comment on my calm and quiet demeanor, and how well I work with their little ones. Not only have I had my own two kiddos who taught me how to be patient, but I also taught 5th grade for 9 years in Flower Mound. I loved working with those kids, and they definitely taught me the meaning of patience and the benefits of being still.
I love working with my clients and capturing the beauty in their families. Each family is unique, each pregnancy is extraordinary, and each little newborn is amazingly special.
