A picturesque location in the heart of Coppell.
This is a jewel of a location over in Coppell, just perfect for family pictures all year round. It’s relatively small and secluded, although it does get busy during Fall picture season. Grapevine Springs Preserve is perfect for those wanting a nature location, are willing to walk a little(it’s not wheelchair accessible), and who want those beautiful Fall colors. I love the variety that we can find there. It has paths that go into the trees, which in that perfect Fall season has beautiful yellows and reds, with lots of leaves on the ground. There is also a small creek with a bridge that can be a great place for those individual portraits. I love getting little kids to sit in the middle of the bridge and capture them tickling each other or smiling. This location also has a really pretty field in the back that is surrounded by trees and gets gorgeous light in the evenings.
This sweet family has been with me for 3 years now. They love the nature locations, and this one was perfect for this year. They hadn’t been here yet – I love introducing clients to new locations! Many locations are not only great for pictures, but they are nice to just get out and explore, or take a blanket and read a book or listen to music. These clients have two teenage boys, who are always up for whatever I ask of them. It is so fun seeing them grow older and hearing how their lives have changed.
Their wardrobe this year was on point, too. They all looked comfortable, everything fit well, and mom’s shirt was a stunning green that wasn’t too muted and wasn’t too bright. The perfect colors for Fall!
