Denton Guyer Senior
Denton Senior Pictures
A great way to capture the last moments of high school.
Isabel wanted some beautiful scenery in her senior portraits, so we went out to Arbor Hills Nature Preserve to get some shots of this Denton Guyer senior. This location can get pretty busy, but it’s also huge and can accommodate a lot of people. I just love the look of it, too. There are tall trees with small paths, and a number of pretty fields that have flowers in them during certain times of the year. A concrete path travels throughout the park, and a bridge crosses the little creek. There are a lot of spots here that make gorgeous backgrounds for portraits. When I come here with clients, I usually have one specific location in mind based on what they are looking for, and then as we walk there we stop and capture some images.
I loved getting to know Isabel as we wandered through the park. She is so easy going, and has such a wonderful heart for working with others! She loves working with the Best Buddies group at school, and also works with animal rescue. In all of her free time, she is also a water polo player, and taught me a little about a sport I knew nothing about! I know she will be doing some amazing things as she transitions into college.
My senior portrait sessions are either one or two hours, depending on the package selected. The one hour package works well for seniors who want one location, and just have a few outfits (up to 3). If they have multiple locations or many outfits in mind, the two hour package would be best. I love to incorporate things that my seniors love in their sessions – soccer, painting, music. These sessions are truly all about them.
